Stretch. Reflect. Act.

Living Intentionally

May 6, 2015

When I get so busy that I’m three days behind in my tear-off calendar, I know it’s time for a change. Especially since each message is only two or three sentences AND based on the book “Meditations for Women Who Do Too Much”!

That’s a sign I need to “take time to smell the roses,” as my dad used to say.

That’s a sign I need to “take time to smell the roses,” as my dad used to say to me. Walking helps me do that. Writing or journaling does too.

What steps do you take to slow down and live more intentionally? Let me know. I'd love to pass them along.

Good Qi,
