When I get so busy that I’m three days behind in my tear-off calendar, I know it’s time for a change. Especially since each message is only two or three sentences AND based on the book “Meditations for Women Who Do Too Much”!

That’s a sign I need to “take time to smell the roses,” as my dad used to say.
